About ATD and Hannah

Nourish and rejuvenate with body-awareness explorations. Move into the wholeness of being alive with the joy of dance! Grounding in stillness, we transition organically into the pure pleasure of having a body with a combination of simple choreography and just plain old getting down. It is the place to come and be yourself in a room of women, vulnerable and authentic, strong and wild. It is a room beyond wrong and right, where we are invited to simply BE.

No experience necessary. All ages, bodies, beings and dance experience is welcome. Come as you are and deepen your connection to yourself  through open awareness and dance.


Hannah is passionate about supporting people’s journey of embodiment. She has studied multiple forms of dance: African, contemporary, contact improvisation, 5 Rhythms, jazz, authentic movement and the anatomy of improvisation. She holds a degree from Naropa University and is certified through the Peacemaker Institute. She has been a student of  Shambhala Buddhism for over a decade. After discovering a direct connection between dancing, meditation and happiness, Hannah chose to share that through her classes, workshops, women’s groups and private sessions. She also teaches sensory exploration and movement to developmentally disabled adults and works as a choreographer. She lives in Wild Sage Co-Housing in Boulder, CO with her enormously talented musical husband and insanely delicious son.
