Yep, my cookie muncher has been gobbling them up all afternoon. Jealous? Don’t be. Make ’em yourself!
Pre-heat oven to 375
Mix together in a large bowl- blend until creamy and smooth
.5 cup of coconut oil
.5 cup of applesauce
In a smaller bowl, combine
.25 cup of coconut sugar
2.5 cups of flour ( I used Pamela’s baking mix blend cause I’m lazy like that)
.5 tsp. baking soda (if you don’t use a mix)
.5 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. allspice
.25 tsp. clove
.5 cup of raisins
Mix the flour mixture into the wet mixture, scoop out using a large spoon, like you would eat soup with, flatten a little, and bake for 15 min. at altitude, less for your sea levelers.
Practically no sugar, tons of good fat, great wholesome snacking.
For Luca’s, I added 3 large leaves of collard greens and some dark chocolate chips.
