What’s that you say? You’re hungry and I’m too lazy to cook dinner? Well then- let’s make banana ice cream!
I use a ninja which is like a ghetto cuisinart or vitamix.
2 frozen bananas
1/2 can of coconut cream or the thick part on the top of a can of coconut milk
1 tsp. of cinnamon
1 tbsp. of MCT oil if you have it (medium-chain triglyceride oil- brain food)
1 capsule of probiotics if you desire
Blend and enjoy! It’s practically a real dinner!
