Donut muffins- too good to be true

They taste like freaking donuts! But they won’t kill you!

  • 1 cup of gluten flour of your choice
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/4 cup melted butter or coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup milk or dairy alternative (i prefer almond milk)
  • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 3/4 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/8 to a 1/4 cup of coconut sugar

Mix the sugar, half of the butter/oil and nutmeg in a bowl.
Stir in milk, baking powder and flour.
Bake in greased tins at preheated oven at 375 degrees for 10-18 minutes.

In a separate bowl, mix a tbsp. of coconut sugar, half of the melted butter/oil, and the cinnamon.
When the muffins are done baking, dip them in this mixture and freak out and how good these are.
